As a wildlife conservationist and safari guide, my family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Casa Marchi, and it proved to be an ideal retreat for our family vacation. Nestled in a serene hamlet, its proximity to charming towns like Bagni di Lucca provided us with both relaxation and local exploration. Roy and Shirley truly made our stay special. Upon our arrival, they prepared a delicious meal that set the tone for our visit. Each morning began with a nutritious breakfast, perfectly suited for our children, who appreciated the variety offered. The hosts' warmth and hospitality were invaluable, especially in engaging our kids with stories and activities that showcased local culture. During our time there, we enjoyed a cooking class with Roy, where the children learned to make a simple yet delightful dish. This hands-on experience not only enriched our stay but also created lasting memories. For families seeking a welcoming atmosphere with engaging activities, Casa Marchi is a destination worth considering. We look forward to returning in the future.
